On Sunday, my son John and I photographed the wedding of Olivia and Bart. The wedding was held at Philippine American Ecumenical Church in Ferndale, MI, and the reception was at the beautiful Lovett Hall at The Henry Ford. It was a great day for a wedding, and it looked like everyone had a good time. Here are just a few images of the day until I get time to post the slideshow later in the week. Here are just a few images from Loretta and Andy’s wedding on Saturday until I have time to finish their slideshow later in the week. They were married at The Shrine of the Little Flower in Royal Oak, MI. Following the ceremony, we went to Loretta and Andy’s home for some refreshements, and got a few shots there as well. Next we were off to The Union Street Bar in Detroit, and then on to Belle Isle for some fun pictures by the fountain. The reception was held at “The Village Club” in Bloomfield Hills, MI. We had a great time working with Loretta and Andy as well as their families. They made my son, John, and I feel very welcome. Thanks for such a great time and best of luck to you both.
On Wednesday evening Deb and I babysat for our little Leah. You might remember Leah as my first model for the “First Year Of” album that I plan to start marketing. I need to get working on that album, but right now is a very busy time with all my weddings. Being busy is a good thing, but it can get rather overwhelming sometimes. I hope to start getting caught up with editing and album designs next month, as it is a much slower month for me. This weekend is another Saturday/Sunday double-header, and then I can begin to relax a little about two weeks after that. Here are a few pictures of Leah!
On Sunday I had the pleasure of photographing the wedding of Shannon and Chris at Sycamore Hills Golf Club in Macomb, MI. It was a beautiful day for an outside wedding. Shannon and Chris traveled from New York to be married here so they could be with family. The music was provided by The Music Box and Fletcher did a great job of keeping things moving. Shannon and Chris’s friends and family were so gracious to myself and my son John which always makes my job much easier. Congratulations to Shannon and Chris. Best of luck to you both!

As promised, here is the slideshow for the wedding of Megan and Tommy last Saturday, September 20, 2008. The wedding ceremony took place at Trinity United Methodist Church, in Lapeer, MI, and the reception was at the beautiful Captain’s Club at Woodfield in Grand Blanc, MI. The music was provided by Craig from “Black Tie Productions, Inc.” and the video will be produced by “Forever Cherished Productions”.
